Maybe you should look for a college in Vancouver, Ca. They are really big on games there, its the hotspot. By the way I am going there this year for school, I haven choosen which school but a lot of the schools there have a "Game Design" program. I think practicing to draw the human figure would help, and having good computer knowledge.
