Depends on the man and the penis and why he's showing it. Some pervert drives pulls up to me driving and flashes his pecker it's not gonna turn me on. It's gonna make me think he's compensating for not being able to use it well. I'll prob think he's a possible pedophile, rapist, sexual preditor, and if given the chance I'd prob cut it off
