I'm sorry you got all of those other stupid answers... they obviously wasted your time with useless stuff! So, here's what I suggest:
For cat eyes, all you'll need is black eyeliner and mascara. If you really want to impress, dark blue/purple/green/black eyeshadow works. And now, follow my instructions for sublime cat eyes! lol. ;)
1. First, get really close to a mirror.
2. Apply a nice coat of mascara.
3. If you want, apply a dark shade of eyeshadow on the whole eyelid. But be careful- make it more subtle as you go to the outer area of the eyelid!
4. Make sure your eyeliner is sharp enough to be quite precise- you'll need the precision for this!
5. Now that 'you're well-equiped', start by drawing a line just above the roots of your eyelashes and finishing with a moderately thick diagonal line.
6. Then, very carefully underline your eye.
7. Here's the tricky part (if the rest wasn't already too tricky enough): at the inner corner of your eye- like nearest your nose- draw a small but noticeable diagonal line, just like a true cat's eye.
And voila! After a couple or few times' practice, you should have the full impression of having true cat eyes! Hope this was comprehensible enough for you to try and was of help! Good luck and have fun! :)

Depending on which way your eyes are shaped, this will tell you which way to go here. First you have to have a well defined line on your top lid, only take this to the end of your eye until you get done with the next step.
Next draw a well defined line under your lower lashes.
Now what you want to do is pull that line out but again depending on the shape of your eye either pull the bottom line out or the top line out and then connect the other line to that.
Then you will have to fill in that emply triangle with your eyeliner.
You'll have to practice both ways becuase if you do it the wrong way your eyes will either look droppy or look like they are going up. You'll know what looks best right away.
As far as shadow then, with your coloring I would go with a green shadow, like a dark kakhi with a little shimmer just on the lid half way across and taper down to your point.
Then fill in the rest of lid and up to brow line with a very pale gold.
This will be beautiful, practice...good luck

If you are asking on how to use makeup to make your eye's look like cat eye's. Get a photo of a cat that you think looks cool and tape it too your mirror. Study it and buy the appropriate colors of makeup that you will need. Follow the photo as a guideline while applying your makeup. I saw the making of Cats the Broadway play and this is how the performers did it. Good luck.

I get what you are saying but am not sure about your question though..there doesnt seem to be one.
But anyways!:) i do the cat eyes too. Wear it best with a black liquid eyeliner.
Line your upper lash line within your eye range first then extend it to your liking when you determined the thickness.
But if you're new to it you have to try it at home when you have time because getting used to the brush tip is a bit tricky.
if you have oily skin best to use a liquid eyeliner instead of a khol pencil and it also gives it a sharper effect.
Hope I helped.:)

If you want to wear it often without a lot of hassle, use very light natural looking eyeshadow colors with your "cat's eye" eyeliner. This is something you can pull of whether you or going out or just hanging around.
