I grew up with three brothers, and now I have three sons. The male ego is an important part of his personality. Too much is not good, but no ego at all is not healthy either. It has taken me a long time, but I do try to understand the men in my life, and I think all women should. Men need to pay attention to women's issues too, and not make fun of them or belittle them.

Although I do not belong to any organization I personally have consideration for the fragile male ego. I worked for years with only men and learned from conversations about how easily hurt they are with the words or actions of the women they are close to or intimate with. I must admit that it is not only for the men. I try not to insult or degrade anyone.
