What is the name of this song and who sings it?

its when craig and smokey are sitting in the living room and the music video comes on the tv. the only part i remember off of it is "anotha day dolla holla if you hear me" then he says somethin about riding in a hoop. and hes like "lazy so crazy get with the program damn, its about 10 to 5" or somethin like that.

Okay, the artist's name is K-Dee from the West Coast. He was on Ice Cube's song "Make It Rough, Make It Smooth" off of his Lethal Injection CD. Unfortunately, I can't find the name of the song you're talking about. Sorry :-(
