This is the Windows nt & kernel system file. They also reference avgamsvr.exe as the owning process. This is the AVG Alert Manager. They all have a bugcheck of D1.

0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper addresses). It can also be caused by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a damaged pagefile.

I advised you to check your system for anything nasty. I will give you link below.

Also trying to make changes in the BIOS to overclock the system can introduce these errors. If you are not trying to overclock or mess with the BIOS memory settings, you probably have a bad memory stick. If you are trying to overclock then return the BIOS settings to factory settings and see if the problem still happens.

Almost all page faults are caused by damaged RAM (although mixing different speeds of RAM can cause page faults, too). This will tell you if you have memory problems: http://hcidesign.com/memtest/download.html Just let it run overnight, or while you're at work.
