Yes it is. We (assuming your from the U.S.) need to start worry about the people here in our country first, then worry about everybody else. Trust me I live in a medium size city and there are parts of town in my city that look worse than some of the neighborhoods in these 3rd world country's.

Yes. The money most often finds its way into some dictators bank account, or worse yet, to their military. I dont give to charity anymore because of that. Some charities go to terrorist organizations like Hezbollah, Hamas, and Al Queda.

its a noble cause but really what needs to be done limit the amount of children they can have.
