I would like to start up my own bed & breakfast place with possible a small cafe. Any suggestions?

You could buy an existing business or buy a property that is big enough for your purposes. Go for an area of well established demand. Check with the council about what regulations you need to comply with. Do you sums on any particular deal & treat it as a business. Decide what income you need & find out what size of place you would need to achieve the income you want.

beside where you reside or in a place where you think is the best.
