There can be many reasons for this. A person can behave in that manner if he is treated in that manner by other people or if he is born with such a mental attitude. It is even hard to say whether such people received any love or caring in their childood days. Or in can also happen that too much of love and attention has spoilt them. If the person is a spoilt one with too much of love then it is better to avoid that person.

when you find out let me know i have a house full of people who behave that way i spend most of my time cleaning up after them and they are just down right mean and rud
