i am afraid of enjections and i have 3 injections today what can i do?

I am afraid of needles too. Whenever I have to get a shot, (You can be sure I have to be practically dragged there!) I try not to think about it until I am there. Right in front of the doc, then I try not to think about it while thinking about it. THEN I look away when he's giving me the shot. I feel looking away helps. You definitely do not wanna look at it. Another thing is, don't tense up, cos it hurts more. Try to relax. It'll be over in a while.
Then you can start worrying about your next shot. Lol.

when doctor give u enjection at that time u think about something else. like some thing fun and something which attract ur mind. DIVERT ur MIND at that time. this will help u.

Diabetic? There might be some oral medications you can Take. Otherwise Don't look, and try to relax.

Don't be scared, it is your fate. Plus, it never hurts as much as you think it will.
I'm a nurse, I give frightenned people linjections every day, they aren't that bad.
