Sorry to say but first loves never die, but you can get over him. Just try to convice yourself that he was simply a dream and he didnt mean anything to you. Its hard but you can do it. MAybe there is areason if he is coming into your dreams, you may meet him again, and maybe you will end up together. Who knows? It may be stupid to you, but maybe there is a deeper reason than you even realize. I hope this helps.

Well, It is never easy to forget your 1st love and since its already 10 years you last met him. I believe you must have love him a lot. I feel that you should learn to let go of this relation and forget the guy. It is never a easy task. I believe you have friends that you can get along with. Call them out and go for gathering etc. As time goes by you will slowly forget him.
Well, you are not stupid, u r not wrong to like someone u dun even know. Everybody have their own preference. ( Well your english is not too bad)

Your first love is always memorable, but you have to remember it was when you were only 12, before puberty. Now 10 years later, you are 22. If you haven't had a change of heart, you can't think he hasn't. 10 years is a long time. If you were meant to see each other again, it will happen, but for now you should understand that he would most likely not be the same boy you fell in love with 10 years ago.

I know exactly how you are feeling your not alone. I have had this happen to me a few times. I think the problem is that he hurt me and I never got closure. You have to figure out what it would take to get closure so that you can move on in life & find that special someone for you.
If you still dont think you can cope I suggest you talk to your family, a councillor, doctor. I wish you happynss in life.

The Chinese saying "old one don't go, new one won't come", thus forget about the past and our government always tell Singaporeans to look forward and keep life moving.

its called regret. in parts of our life we wonder if we did this or said that how it would have been or turned out. most remember a crush more than they do people they went out with, dated once. just wait till the next school reunion comes along and look him up.

It is normal to still THINK of one's first love (I still do, at 50+). But to be so fixated as to not be able to move on is a problem. Smile back at your first love, but get on with your life.

no one can forget any thing in their whether it is good or bad. so it is same in your case also. dont get disturbed and divert your concentration in any work which you feel interesting when you get his thoughts , if you were continously doing this , you can easily forget. if you have any things which will remember him, place those things somewhere so that you cant view them often ok.
