Civilation series, anything from Blizzard (Diablo 1&2, Warcraft, World of Warcraft, Starcraft, etc.) Sim games, esp. the farm one, Tycoon games, esp the Rollar Coaster one, and Minesweeper.

The Neverhood. I still have not found any game better than this, and I wish they had a version that worked for Win XP or Mac, too.
Other games I like: American McGee's Alice, RollerCoaster Tycoon, and Bejeweled, because of the sexy man's voice. ;) But I don't play all that much lately.
