and whz it shows two processor speed ,so what is the actual speed of the processor ?

windows XP 2002
service pack 2
Mobile intel (R)
pentium (R)4 CPU 3.46 GHz
1.86 GHz,512 MB of RAM

well service pack 2 is update for windows xp which add features like security center, inbuilt firewall etc and make xp more secure! and ur processor speed is 3.46ghz! and that1.86ghz is fsb or something related to processor cache!(not sure about it)

The service pack2 refers to the upgrade package applied to your Windows XP operating system. When XP was released there were problems that Microsoft addressed by issuing service packs.
The CPU speed for your P4 is 3.46 GHz.

service pack 2 is just an update that microsoft sent out. it gives your pc more protection and ability to work with a broader range of programs
