An old Black man once said to me, "The harder I works, the luckier I get."

Sometimes our goals are set so high, we can't see them.
Set some goals you can reach. Then set another.

Nobody is a hard worker in our world. Everyone is doing their desgnated works - some do it in time - some delay it due to various reasons - some do it faster than the expected/ prescribed time. Accordingly a hard worker title is hanged in the neck. My father started his carrier at an tender age of 15 and worked till 80 at various capacities. When left home to join the first job, he had just graduated from high school. On seeing his abilities, work execution capabilities, efforts his colleagues used to praise & appreciate him for his contribution at a "right time". He used to tell one simple thing " fully involve yourselves in the work and do it faithfully as specified and in within limited time".
