Depending whose music your listening to. To me, J.S. Bach's music shows creativity and complexity which helps me appreciate the beauty of music itself. The hymns of Martin Luther is are very simple, but displays a deep spiritual meaning that is beyond words. The definition of good music is music that can soothe and touch the soul of all who listen.
