I just posted this question and typed the word job wrong so the only responces I got were from people who apparently feel so badly about themselves that they have to make fun of of others in order to feel worthwhile. WOW that must be awful to be that much of a shell of a person. Anyway does anyone have any real advice on how to get my foot in the door w/ out experience? Thanks for your help.

when applying for a job you will need to rewrite your resume for each and every application. Of course some things will remain the same but you need to aim the workding of each application at that particular employer.
include all of your experiences that are relevant to the application.

for instance if the employer is loking for someone who gets along well with people you could mention how you easily socialise with others in a variety of settings.

or if the employer is looking for a diligent person you can use your diligence at college as evidence of your diligence.

if the employer is seeking a mature minded person perhaps you can cite some instances of you being mature for your age. ie. Have worked voluntarily for charity, tutored other students, helped out at home.... whatever you can think of..

be creative... apply your personal experiences to the workplace.

Keep trying. When you fail interviews be persistant in asking why you did not make it. You will learn from your mistakes. I got my first job cos i was persistant in knowing my mistakes :). You learn in a constructive manner. Each interview being a lesson. a stepping stone for success. It will take some time for a fresher to land in a job. But you will definetly get one...am totally confident anyone actually can get a job. Be patient and develop lots of skill in your field of work.
btw your communication skill n confidence are the key factors! You got to atleast pretend to be confident.
