If this is a serious question, you don't really give us much details to help you out. All I can say is that, if it's really happening you should talk to him about. Explain how you feel and the fact that (obviously) you don't like it.
Yet you have to be sure this is really happening. I mean, once I was going thought a bad situation and I thought my mom was not close and supportive, only to realize that she simply didn't know as I hadn't told her a thing.

I think we need more information:
If you are a baby, it's because he doesn't know what to do with babies except to avoid them.
If you are a child, he may not realize you are already a "person" with whom he may converse.
If you are a young adult, it may be he has never established a relationship with you and doesn't know where to begin.
If you are a mature adult, he may not recognize you.
If you are a senior citizen, he may not see you or hear you coming.
Whatever the reason, if you desire a relationship with your dad, reach out and let him know.

I tell you one thing he could be so preoccupied....as a father he has tons of responsibilities....how about turning the table instead....give him more affection....magnify him more than your ground...and you'll see he will notice you....that's the power...that's what grace is all about....try to understand him more OK.
