He's a pretty bad actor...
He was pretty sexy in Pirates of the Carribean (although no one can compare to the gorgeous Jack Sparrow!)
Honestly, I liked Orlando best as an elf... in Lord of the Rings... Legolas hehe... not too many speaking parts either (so the terrible acting wasn't able to shine through too much...)

He was pretty good in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.....although aruguably Johnny Depp was better.
His other movies all portrayed him as this romantic sterotype....maybe not Kingdom of Heaven....but definately some of the others, even LOTR to an extent .....for that reason he has become so popular.....especially with the ladies. It remains to be seen whether his skills as an actor surpass his initial good looks and charm.

No way! he's by no skill the final actor ever, yet i think of he's robust. I enjoyed him as Legolas in LotR and could Turner in Pirates, incredibly. besides, that is in basic terms a count of opinion. there is often people who do unlike actors that various human beings do like.
