The words indecent and immoral are subjet to interpretation and degrees of enforcement.

I feel that you should be allowed to do what ever you want as long as it does not hurt anyone else.

For example:

Say you want to sun tan naked in your front yard, I say go ahead, your not hurting anyone.

But then there are others who will get upset over this and throw a fit.
For what?
No one has ever been able to give a valid reason in court as to why being nude is indecent.
Only if someone was acting in a perverted way is it indecent.

So you are basically subjected to what ever the police or the Judge says, and not by a defined law.

This is what is happening in society today. What used to be considered good is now "politically incorrect." What was considered bad is the new good. Morals are out the window as are common decency and respect for others. Family values and faith are thrown out in favor of promiscuity and godlessness. There is a reversal of everything that is sacred and good in favor of the vile and indecent. For instance, look at how cursing was once not even tolerated on television. Now any kind of filthy language is used on prime time television with families not even thinking a thing about it. This is spoon fed to us in increments by the media so that which was once immoral and not tolerated is now a wonderful thing. Anyone who does not agree with the new social norms is considered small minded and a hater. These days we see a breakdown of the family and a breakdown in our society in general. Strong families have always been the cornerstone of a strong society and nation. As a result of the breakdown of the family, morals, and society, we now see a whole nation of people who are too irresponsible and lazy to even think for themselves. The masses are now are content to let others (media and whatever might be the popular thought) define their morals and what they will consider acceptable in society instead of thinking for themselves. Today it is hard to find moral boundaries. Pretty soon, there will be no limits. There will be no one to stand up in the face of adversity to do what is morally right. It will be whatever makes you feel good with no consequences for anything you do. This is where society is going. Yes, the masses are apathetic and will not stand up for anything morally right anymore. Those in our history that fought for the freedoms of this nation would turn over in their graves! There is a dumbing down of the masses. God help our country and God help us all!

indecent behaviour depends on the observer. I think a person considers indecent any behaviour (exhibited by others) that makes him uncomfortable and improper. In some places it is indecent to kiss in public (including on the cheek); in others, a normal greeting, like a handshake, is a peck on the cheek (for friends or relatives).

Looking out my kitchen window and seeing my neighbor laying out naked! Or walking around in her bra and panties posing in front of her husband. But in this country, it's not indecent behavior. Humm, maybe this goes under indecent ex poser. I know in America, you will be arrested for this. So yes, if you get caught or seen.

Our standards just keep dropping each decade don't they? At the rate we're going in a few decades people will be called "prudish" for being morally opposed to murder.
