A.C Milan vs Juventus was the final. It ended up 0-0 after regular time(a goal from Shevchenko was annulled and Milan finished the game in 10 after an injury) After penalties Milan won for 3-1 against Juventus. The penalties from Milan's side were scored by Serginho, Nesta and Sheva(the winning penalty). The only one for Juventus was scored by Del Piero
