I used to know someone who administered them and we had fun with it one night.You can definitely cheat,but not everyone is able to as it reads body signals.Some people can block the signals.

they teach people in the CIA and FBI how to lie unnoticed by the machines, so i guess yes. i dont know about the second machine, but if they made the 2nd one to be a better detector, wouldnt they just make the 1st machine the better detector and do away with the 2nd one???

yes,now people can do it already.i've done that 3times.that's why lie detector test were not considered as substantial evidence in court hearing at the present time.anyone can control his emotions and that's one thing a machine cannot do.
