Listen, alot of these people have good and common sense answers. There is a lot that goes into interpreting dreams. The dream specifics are extremely important.
Like, surroundings, what people are wearing, what kind of weather, any animals?....stuff like that...
You would need to give the whole dream and every specific detail that you remember for an accurate interpretation.
Where was she when she was crying...sitting or standing...what was she wearing?....alot of tears or a little?....any noise - background?...any noise when she cried...
Every detail is needed.
Analyzing dreams is not that hard, just takes some education.
"Interpretting" a dream is different and there are very few people that have that gift.
Good Luck!

Let me analyze the dream for you

Dead person = helpless
cries = needing for support

When you are dreaming of someone already dead, that could mean you are missing that person. However, if that person cries, ,that could be that dead person is actually you in a projection.

No, I don't mean you are dead. I mean you are afraid and yelling out for help as if you are helpless as a dead person. You projected as a dead person, but then you need someone to take care of and respect and support. That may be why you dreamt that

Yeah that sounds unpleasant, I would be shaken too. Do you have any idea what it might mean? Maybe some kind of warning.

Sorry, don't wanna scare you at all. Doesn't have to be something big. I don't know anything about dreams anyway :p

Dreaming about death is very common and it can be interpreted in many different ways. Death is usually a symbol of some type of closure or end. It implies an end to one thing and a beginning of another. Death dreams usually have positive symbolism. If you are the dead person in your dream, it could imply that you would like to leave all of your worries and struggles behind and begin anew. Dreaming about someone that you care about may express your fear about losing them. Dreaming that one of your parents died may express fear of loss, but it also may be an unconscious valve through which you release anger and other negative feelings. In some cultures dreaming about death and dying is a very good omen that represents longevity and prosperity.

Believe it or not but could dreams have no meaning at all? Think about your dreams being a mixed up jumble of past memories and new thouhts. Anything is possible. I dreamt I saw an orange woman the other night - can you explain that?

Crying is a cleansing so maybe the dream is telling you that it is OK to cry.
Some people hold back crying until a point they just have to let it out.
It could also be telling you that you have not morned for this person in your dream and that it is time to do so.

Love & Blessings

The dead person represents a problem or situation you feel cannot be overcome... a giving up and crying out of deep resigned sadness.
