Most people feel this way at some point in their life. Its not unusual. If you've felt this way for several weeks, consider talking to your doctor as you could be clinically depressed and either medication or talk therapy could help. You could also consider volunteering at a local community service organization. This does several things for you. First, it gets you "outside of your own head" and lets you see how valuable you are helping others. It also lets you see how helpful you can be to others, and they will appreciate your help. Being part of something greater than yourself will allow you to be appreciated by others.

There is a time for all of us when we feel like that.. First of all think of the reason that makes you feel trapped.Did somethinghappened in your life or do many things go wrong lately and it makes you feel like that?Your life is certainly not coming to an end..just find some time to be with yourself and think of the things that make you feel so bad..I think you need a couple of days vacations .. Change environment and forget the things that bother you so much..Do something you like and go out with your friends or if you have girlfriend spend time with her.. Do fun things you used to do.. watch a movie that makes you laugh listen to loud music and things that make you feel good.. it will keep away the stress and the bad mood..Make a change .. something in your house or generally in your life..Do things you never did before.. talk to people who may are responsible for the way you feel and clear things out..
Is just a phase and soon you will feel better..

What's wrong? I always say that it feels like a big deal now, but will it be in 20 years? Probably not. Take a hot bath, have some hot chocolate and go to sleep. When you wake up it'll be a new day and you will be able to start fresh. There is no problem you can't solve! Also, always remember what's REALLY important to you, and never take your eye off that!

Get out of the house! Go for a hike in the woods. Walk on the beach. A change of scenery does wonders for me personnaly.
You are not alone. Happened to me too. Get away for a day. Get some perspective. You cant get a perspective on your life if you are right in the middle of your routine. Abstract yourself even if it is sitting on a nearby grassy hill. You will be as right as rain1 Trust me.
