Well, let's start with the fact that you're talking about two different countries. And the laws of one country have no effect on another independent country.
In the US, both religious and racial persecution and discrimination are forbidden, starting with the US Constitution on down. So, you really can't have a state where racial and religious bigotry and hatred were enacted as law, especially not a state founded on such principles.
As for Israel, let's not even worry about the fact that your use of the term "Zionist" is completely wrong in terms of both meaning and application. Israel exists because the UN bought a whole bunch of land from Great Britain and created a country there. That country formed a government, which has its own laws. Among those laws, by the way, are also laws requiring religious tolerance and prohibiting racial discrimination.
I realize the concept of laws and non-discrimination are difficult for some people to grasp. I also understand the concept of tolerance is difficult for some people to follow. But even moving past that, your question really boils down to "why is it OK to buy a bunch of land and create a new country, when it's not OK to create a new state within a country where the purpose of the new state is to violate the country's constitution".
Now, if the KKK wants to get together and buy a bunch of land somewhere outside the US, and create their own country with their own constitution that allows racial and religious discrimination, there's nothing stopping them. If China and Cuba can get a seat on the UN, then any country could get a seat on the UN, no matter how prejudiced they are.
It just can't happen within the US, because our constitution doesn't allow that kind of criminal behavior.

Just to clarify, your question is 'Why is it ok for Zionists to have their own state in the holy land but not ok for the KKK to have their own state in the USA?'. Right?
Um... Because the KKK is a cult? Also, aren't they much more racist than Zionists are(if they are)?
So, Israel is a state where Jews are not prosecuted, and if there was a wasp or KKK state, it would be TO prosecute Jews, blacks, etc.

If you do not know the difference then you are not terribly bright.
The Jews want to be left alone. They do not want terrorists killing people in malls, restaurants, on the street. They don't want terrorists shooting rockets into their homes every day of the year. Israel has been theirs since immediately after they left Egypt. Why shouldn't they keep it? The Arabs came to Israel in the seven hundreds and claim it is theirs? B.S. Israel gave back Gaza and other parts of Palestine. They pulled out of Lebanon and were told that the Lebanese would protect their southern border. It never happened. Hezbollah took over Lebanon and rained rockets into Israel. What are the Jews supposed to do? Sit there and tell the world how wonderful everything is?

KKK are weak. They lost because didn't kill all the blacks in the 20's and 30's or kick them out of America when they could!
Jews are stronger of course. They have terrorized the residents, kicked them out of their lands, created a racial state then continues to kill anyone who tries to take it back - often calling them terrorists to legitimize their wrong doing and have an excuse to occupy more land. But, the really astonishing part is how they make themselves appear as victims in every situation, so that the rest of the world continue to support them!!!!!!!

I have a better idea. Lets swap our KKK members with the Jews in Israel and let those cracker-billy trailer dwellers get stomped into the ground by the head chopping terrorists.
