My choice would be for controlled, unlimited, remote subatomic rearrangement via basic thought on a macrocosmic scale. This would of course have to include the ability to generate any amounts of energy required, and to contain and/or convert excess energy generated into a harmless form.
Basically, the ability to create anything at whim out of anything else by simply rearranging its component particles.
