I would thank the lord for the loving life he had given me , and pray for the peace and wellbeing of everyone on the face of the earth. And lastly I would tell my family that i really really loved them .

If there are my beloved ones standing next to me, I'd say that I'm sorry for whatever I've done that cost them sorrow and tell them that I love them a lot and thanking them for loving me as I am.
If there should be my enemies standing next to me, I'd simpley say sorry for having this inconvenience between us and thanking them for making my life so colorful!

I would tell my family I loved them and not to weep for me. Rejoice and be happy and I would see them again. Then I would close my eyes and recite the Lord's Prayer.
