What the hell is going on. I have weird dreams that effect me in real life. Like I will act out, for example, my friend was staying the night me and him was just chilling, and we went to bed. I was on the floor and he was on my bad, He said i woke up and asked him " What the freak are you doing" and then after i said that he said i stood up and charged at him. I ended up tackling him and punching him in the face. Tonight, its 2:37 now. i tryed to sleep and i ended up seeing stuff and thinkin there was a hidden key in my house and i ran in my dads room and started griping him out. i do not know i do this at all. What is wrong with my sleep it is making me so afraid to sleep and i can't stand it anymore.

Sounds like "sleep-walking" to me. I would check out a "Sleep Center" to see if you're actually a sleepwalker. Sleepwalkers have some of the symptoms you've described. You may think you're awake, but you're really asleep, but awake in your sleepwalking (that's why some things seem so real); and sometimes your dream is incorporated into your sleepwalking. I hope you understand - it's like when you're dreaming that you're awake & it really feels like it, but you're really sleeping.

Consult with a physician before you really hurt somebody......

Have you gotten much sleep lately??
Listen I had a friend who started acting like this and he ended up having to be hospitalized. For your own sake I think you need to go see a doctor. You could be experiencing a manic episode, or it could be somthing else. Either way, get HELP!!
Good luck.

it could happen if u r too much tensed about someting going on in ur life. that thing might not bug u when u r awake but at a sub concious level it come out with a chemical reaction of ur brain which causes dreams of all sorts in which u start to sleep walk and acting like ur dreams.

this is all normal dnt have to worry too much just relax and may be try to sort your issues out.

you need to summons the demons from an ancient time. find an old sha man to assist you, preform a sacrifice using a small lizard or a rat, eat the head, put down the crack pipe and grow up, take a nap

It's most likely night terrors. people mostly have them when they're young children but I've heard of cases involving older ages as well.
There might be a prescription drug you could take to make them stop. You'd need to se a psychiatrist in order to obtain it though.

you should see a psychiatrist, even though you're probably "normal". But to be on the safe side....

SEE A PHYCIATRIST IT MIGHT BE NOTHING BUT ITS BETTER TO CHECK. A NEUROLOGIST MIGHT ALSO BE AN OPTION.
