When your day changes to tomorrow, which in a sense is actually today no matter when it is, you will be able to answer more questions. Yahoo does use a 24 hour time frame, 12-12 in your time zone.

"Today" would refer to your "today". It's the simplest way to put it.

Didn't you state your location when you registered? It's not rocket science to figure out when exactly today is to you in relation to wherever Yahoo's location is.
