currently reporting to the INS is a complete Joke. This country has no desire under this Pres, Congress, or Senate to take Security seriously.
I would just report them, and quit, you can also claim discrinination. Another thing you can do, word of mouth. Tell people how they treat you, but quietly. there is also a thing in Law called Defimation of Character. Buy Word of mouth and a small Boycott also helps greatly.
The EEOC would actually probably be a better place to start, or do both. Just don't mouth off to them, and keep a record of what is Happening, not what you suspect.

call your local Labor board . In some states, if they can prove what you are saying about your wages the penalty is trebled (multiplied by 3) and you get it. plus they are on the hook for paying ALL of the taxes and SS on your behalf.
