How do you "drag" the "e" address bar back into view?

After you figure out how to "drag" it back how do you insert it
where it needs to be?

Right click anywhere in the gray area at the top.. you will see what is visible what is not,.. check what you want visible

Also, unlock the toolbar to drag things where you want them

Select View > Toolbars> Address Bar from the menu.
Right click on the toolbar, uncheck "lock the toolbars". Drag to move .
