is there like a special vitamin thing that'll make you grow taller? i'm pretty short and i wanna grow a bit.

i'm like 5'2 and i'm short. i have azn heritage that guarantees that i'll be short, but still, i wanna be a bit taller.

I'm 17 and I'm the same height (5'2"...I weight 90 pounds). I'm content with my height. The only problem I have with my height is I can never find clothes that fit me, especially jeans. Theyre always too long and baggy (the bagginess comes from me being skinny...I wear a size 0 and theyre still baggy in the legs). I always wanted to be taller and I even asked my mom to get me HeightMax. HeightMax is a pill that you can take if you're between i think 13 and 20 something. Now, if you take pills or get shots for growth, remember that it'll be years before you grow a few inches. On some show, there were a few people who were taking growth shots, and it was a year or so before they grew 1/2-1 inch. One of them was a 12 year old who grew a total of 2 inches by the time she was 14, but she had to stop taking them because they caused side affects like headaches and nausea.

Just be happy with who you are. BTW, what is azn? I am french, Irish, Native American, Hispanic, and a lot of other things (Mostly French and Irish....Here's a pic so you can see what I look like

im 18 and 169 cm so im very short, u don't have from now on some thing to be stricken about, u will improve somewhat better, yet u need no longer worry. its no longer height that guidelines the international u understand.... cheer up its o.ok.u nevertheless were given a lengthy time period to bypass believe me u will improve

I'm Asian, and i'm 5'9. We're not guaranteed to be short. Also this depends on how old you are cause i was 5'2 when i was in grade 6, and i'm in grade 11 now.

if someone says tat an adult girl's height stops after gettin her periods then its not atall rite its all myth ...accrding to studies it grows till ure 23 ..so try hanging and jump around as high as u can wenever possible ..do lot of exercises like cycling and swimming .....i wont advise u any supplements coz theyre harmful .... u may have many side-effects

If you were still growing as a teen or child you could get shots but if you are done growing I don't think so.

do you know what food is called beans? if you do, eat it everyday and do some strecth exercises you migth just add an inch or two.And if you cant get beans eat stuffs that are high in protein, very high.
