Most guys become clams, and they either run out and grab another one to forget the one they had, or they go off in their cave and pout about the whole world coming to an end. One way or the other , they will show their feelings in time.

you can tell by their personality like if they act the opposite of the way they really are...for an example if that person is usually happy and making jokes and all of a sudden they are quiet and don't think anything is funny any more or don't laugh at the things you used to say to make that person laugh then that usually is a sign of heart break!
