It depends on the quality. To create a really god 30 minute cartoon in Micromedia (Director? Flash?), it may take weeks. Or months.

If you know you tools, and have an idea, you can make _something_ in a day or two. But good things take time.

About 10 seconds - but it will be crappy.

To make a typical web toon, figure an hour a minute (so 30 hours).

The ones you like to see on the web (even the ones that look like they were done quickly) probably took 5 hours per minute (150 hours).

If you're worried about the time it takes, best take up another hobby. No matter how long you think it will take, I can guarantee you it will take longer.
