The crab, because it will definitely go with scissors knowing that the shrimp only option is paper. Why did I just answer that?

Shrimp win. A Crab has claws to make a scissor shape. But Shrimp can say their curl shape is like a shape of a rock. Rock beats scissors.

I think crab will win as it will choose scissors while it hand look like scissors.But Shrimp the tail is look like paper so crab will win.
