well un i would go with the amd athlon64x2 dual-core u can make movies and deaign grpahics at the smae tim ewithoutneeding to wait also amd is known for there raw power that is delivered. u can get a 2.5 ghz dualcore which brings ur total system power to 5 ghz when both cores are focused on one thing so if u wanted to recode a movie to dvd formaat u can do it in less than 20 mins it takes me 2 hours on a 1.5 ghz athlon
