He ! dont ask these questions I think you are ill ans seeks to meditations. meditation is most effective when you do it regularly. Pick a time in your day and sit quietly in meditation each day...even just for five or ten minutes and this will make a large difference in how you cope with stress as well as cut down the accumulation of stress. Any new agey type bookstore sells meditation tapes which are great and calming.

Well for one males are genetically per-programed to mate, but another reason is that it feels good. Do you as a women not enjoy it also? My third reason would be that growing up as a man there is a lot of pier pressure to hook up with different girls and well to be honest it grows on us as we reach adulthood. Did i mention it feels good?

Is this a trick question? Because we are hard-wired to love it.
Someday you will see that women are this way too, it just takes an extra decade for their sexual peak to hit (at age 30 or so)
