I heard that not all the main character's are coming back for the 11th season. Who is coming back and who is not?

No, it was not canceled it got permission to do another season.

Even though they shot their series finale on The WB, the cast of 7th Heaven is coming back next season on The CW.
It will be the Camden's 11th season on the air. According to The Hollywood Reporter, CW execs hammered out a deal over the weekend with series creator and executive producer Brenda Hampton to return for another season; they also came to terms with the family drama's primary cast members, including Stephen Collins and Catherine Hicks. Those deals, for the cast, are rumored to be pay cuts from their original WB contracts.
If everything works out, 7th Heaven will return to TV starting in the fall on The CW.
Dont know bout who's not comin back though.

No, they had there season fanale last season. It was Rose & Simon trying to get married.
