charcoal got burned onto my cement driveway, how would i get it off?

Me and some friends accidentally caught a bag of charcoal on fire in his driveway and it just sat there four a couple hours, now theres black stains and burnt plastic on it, any clues on how i would be able to get it off?

its a very old trick, like if paint is dumped on it or rust stains. use a piece of concrete that is a block type broken in a small piece. rub it across it as concrete against concrete is a natural sandpaper and won't hurt the smooth finish.
