It is where 20-25 people attack, without cause and at random, any other person. It is violent and the victim usually has no idea what is happening until it is too late.
If you are familiar with the movie "A Clockwork Orange" and you know the attack scenes from that movie, that would be a good idea of what it is like.
Basically, it is random physical violence against one victim by 20-25 people.
