my employer has hired multiple illegal laborers, either on a student visa or illegals from mexico. i know of at least on person on a student visa bieng paid less than minimum wage.Also the boss has made it clear that he refuses to follow the rules for tip distribution on this page

he also has told me that i have been hired as a contract employee, one month after i started, he had no intention of telling me. i asked for the proper tax paper the 10-99 and they said i could get it in 07. i dont know what to do. i still work there so what kind of proof do i need so that if i file a complaint it wont get thrown out? please help

Get another job and then call INS or you will probably be fired. If you can talk to some of the other workers you say are illegal and threy admit it that may help. But make sure if you do it you have another job lined up first. Also if you know someone is being paid less than minimum wage contact the Labor Board and file a complaint.

Get an attorney, first and foremost, protect yourself. Then get a hold of immigration and the FBI. Don't forget to document everything that's going on.

Also, start looking for another job NOW.

Immigration doesn't take "public" complaints.
INS does pretty much what they want.
It's really none of your concern what laws the employer
complies with or not.
Unless, it directly effects your legal rights.
Under the law immigrants can be paid less than minimum
wage

Dude wake up...illegal workers make our economy strong! Why do you think politicians haven't created a big wall for Mexico? Leave it alone dude...it's good for the workers and good for the economy...and the money the workers are making they live off and send part of it back home to their families. Wake up dude?

Go to your Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division. They will send an investigator to check this person out.Explain to them what is going on.

take pictures or video of the illegal activity, then send it to the DA.
