This is the trip that you are looking for:

Los Nietos is at the end of the Cartagena-Los Nietos narrow gauge line operated by FEVE, so you cannot search a trip to that station, please look to Cartagena.

However, if you look for the trip from London, it is much faster:

First take a train to London,
then the
Eurostar from London to Paris...
Then from
Paris to Madrid
(you'll need to change stations in Paris...The Eurostar arrives at La Gare Du Nord and the Paris-Madrid leaves either from Gare de Montparnasse or Gare d'Austerlitz depending which train you take)
Then from Madrid (either Chamartin Station or Atocha Station) to
Cartagena.
Once you are in Cartagena you will have to ask for the TRENES DE CERCANIAS (local trains)
They will inform you at the train station when (and if there are) trains for El Mar Menor towns and if there are none will refer you to the local bus station.
(It would be much easier by plane (and probably less expensive): go to London...
then fly RYANAIR to Murcia/Alicante Airport either from Stansted or Luton airports)

Hope you have a good trip! :-)
