Well, I am 17 and a size 0 (5'2" and 90 pounds). I think that anything under a 9 is perfect size for girls. For me, If I got to be a size 3 or over 100 pounds, I would die. But I'm just very body conscious so that's just me. There are thousands of women who are bigger and look gorgeous. Other girls look horrible bigger.

Women, the number on the tag ain't as important as wearing something that actually fits, flatters, and feels good to ware.
Oh yeah, no muffin tops, that's just nasty.
