Reboot/Restart your computer.

The Print Spooler is the part of windows that handles printing. If the service isn't running, printing will not work and you won't be able to add printers. Rebooting the computer should fix it. You can also go to the Services Administrative Tool and look for the Print Spooler Service then start it manually (another way to start it is to open a command prompt and type "net start spooler"). If it doesn't want to start, you could have some form of corruption on your computer and a repair install of Windows might be required, though you can try to run the system file checker first, from a command prompt, type "SFC /SCANNOW"

goto run in the control panel and open administrative tools, select Services, scroll down to print spooler and press start. make sure the "start automatically" is checked!

whilst the print spooler isn't working it helps to restart it. what a print spooler does is a lot the information into the printer. to repair this subject, pass into centers in the administration panel and pass to put in printers and real click and restart. i desire that that helps
