i love a person, and there are lot of problems to get marry her.

No, you can love a person but that does not mean that you have to get married. Marry only if you want to. Love and Marriage are two different things and now a days they are independent from eachother

no. marriage is not the ultimate commitment. the ultimate commitment is staying together and working through problems. a ring and a piece of paper doesn't do that for you.
