You can use epilator. It is fuss free and clean. It might be a bit painful when you first started using it, but after the first few times, the feeling is gone. And body stays hairless for a longer period of time too.

The best solution to your problem is to invest in a Norelco Body-trimmer. The thing is great with a foil shaver in the middle with micro blades on both sides of it. It doesn't hurt any of the sensitive ares, trust me!

Lazer hair removal, epilating (that's basically electronic tweezers which pulls the hairs out -quite sore from what I hear), shaving.
