It is going to be held at a beach bar at sentosa, it is going to be a dinner, was wondering what kind of games will be suitable for my guest? Any decorations idea for the place too?

Really? U r 21 this year? So do i! Mine is in Oct, but i have no idea how to celebrate yet lol..
A beach party sounds great! U guys can play volley ball, water ball and all those beach games! No need to decorate, beach is natural for its beauty! Just put some umbrella will enhance the atmosphere!

How about everyone dress like a character on Gilligan's Island. Have a luau, get some champagne, and party like it's 1999.

since you are already spending the money, why dun you ask the sentosa events people to take care of the entertainment and deco too!
