Only if you believe it does! Crows are quite intelligent & they usually have their eye on something they would like to eat or drink & if you happen to walk close to that area, they will peck you in order to warn you that this is their territory!

You must have bad luck to be pecked by a crow but I don't know if it'll bring you anymore bad luck. How much worse could it get?
