It depends. If he was a little gray and used Grecian formula, say, "Gee, there's something different about you. You look good, did you have some outragous sex last night or something?" If he dyed it green, "Wow, that totally matches your girlfriend's eyes!"
If he dyed it red, well, use your imagination! If it was back to his *normal* color, he'd probably rather that nobody noticed, other than to think he looks younger. If he dyed it a wild color, he wants attention, kids, lets give it to him!

Whether it looks nice or not, a person invites change in their life because they desire attention. So, if it looks good, great, or just plain bad, compliment them anyway. It will make their day and you get to be the sweet cherry for the day.

If it looks nice then i say, 'Your hair colour is nice and it suits you'. Its easier for girls to compliment co-workers or whatever than for a guy.

Depends..... do you mean like the person is fruity and they have to dye there hair to look like the latest trend OR our they freaky and dye there hair to make a statement. I think if it looks bad you might want to say something.

true friends will hold nothing back... if it looks nice it looks nice but if it looks retarded then tell him/her.... however you could be nice about it like... Hey it just aint you... or hey you look like a moran... or hey we've been friends for a long time i aint gonna let you walk around looking like a moran and not say anything, do you need help finding a color that suits you? ... anyway good luck its a tough job but somebody has to do it

Him: AAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGG!!! *arms fly around to get you away*

Him: What the hell were you doing?!
You: Well... I was passing by, and out of the corner of my eye, it looked like some animal was trying to eat your head...
Him:......
You: Nice dye job, by the way....
Him: .....
You: Okay. Leaving now.
^_^ Or, you can go with the boring old "nice hair"....

Yeah, if you like it, tell them you like it, but if it honestly bugs you out, just tell them the truth, it's better if they know ahead of time that their hair looks bad then to find out by others! Hope that helps!

Depends on if they ask or not. If they ask your honest opinion, and you hate it, well, tell them that it wouldn't be a personal choice that you would choose for them. But if you like it, tel them you do, that is, if they ask!
