I find taking sides in the first place, much less in the lives of people you don't even know, it a tad bit pointless.

I believe their break-up has been brewing for a long time, and it's unclear why they filed for divorce.
There were claims that Jessica Simpson cheated on Nick with fellow Dukes Of Hazzard co-star Johnny Knoxville, but apparently Johnny is happily married.
Then there were reports saying Nick was cheating on Jessica with various women, one being Jessica's (now fired) personal assistant.

I'm totally on Nicks side, Jessica sounds like she basically just used him and now that shes more "famous" she don't need him anymore...which is said cuz nick seemed like he would be a very good father someday. and i also think that Jessica's dad had something to do with this..

Jessica's. He was seeing other women when they were still together that is disrespectful. He even dated that Lauren girl i think that's her name from laguna beach. She looks like Jessica. Jessica is Gorgeous she can have anyone she wants. Nick may have a body but since he left 98 his music sucks. He's yesterdays news.

Nick's side, because Jess has such a "I'm so much better than you" attitude right now. And besides, she is a cheater! Was a self-declared virgin and said that she waited until marriage, but cheated w/her co-star(s) when she got the chance. She thinks so highly of herself after she gained popularity and thinks she can get any man right now, so she wants to play the field and do it legally and officially by breaking her marriage vows first - divorce.

Nick is capable of taking care of himself?? Then why is he asking millions for spousal support??
Jessica is such a bimbo and I don’t like bimbos but I’m sticking with her in this case. I don’t want selfish people in my life. Divorce is painful enough but trying to milk your ex-wife’s fortune when you have millions anyway? That’s just greedy. You guys were married at least show some respect for each other.

Nick cause personally, I think it was Jess's fault. People said she had an affair of some sort with her co-star of The Dukes of Hazzard, Johnny Knoxville. Still, I'm not so sure

Just from watching their TV show, I like Nick. I think she's spoiled and he seemed like a nice, down to earth guy. She's really pretty, though.
