Try eating six small meals a day. Add plenty of salad and fruits to your diet. If you're hungry, have a fruit or some popcorn....

Have your meal at the same time everyday so your body gets used to the routine. This way you can avoid hunger at the wrong time! Brisk walking for 20 minutes (to begin with, then up to 45 minutes) will show results within a month. A balanced diet and any form of exercise works like magic!

This has to be done in really small steps. I started by eliminating soda out of my diet completely and by switching to low-calorie drinks such as Crystal light or diet drinks (not including sodas). I also eliminated fast food joints. No more Mc Donald's or Jack in the box and whatever else tickles your fancy in the fast food chain. This will make a really big difference. Then start walking about 30 minutes a day and slowly move it up to brisk walking then jogging. Once you do this, you won't want another soda or fry in your mouth ever! Good luck. It's a long road ahead and I am on it too!!

You just need to be 100% into loosing weight and just put all the bad things away from you..if you don't have anything bad to eat you won't eat it...but if you have something near you will eat it...just throw th junk away..and good luck with loosing weight

Paying too much attention to what u put in your mouth is not enough but you can replace fat and sugar with protein and replace starch with salad. Of course, it will work but you have to discipline yourself at the grocery store and at the restaurants.

EITHER STICK A FINGER DOWN YOUR THROAT AFTER EVERY MEAL OR MAKE A CHART OF YOUR CALORIES AND WHAT YOU EAT EVERY DAY SEEING HOW MUCH YOU EAT WILL DEFINENTLY SLOW DOWN YOUR EATING HABITS AND DO EXERCISES LITTLE BY LITTLE LIKE 5 SIT UPS ONE NIGHT AND TEN THE NEXT OR JUST JOG A COUPLE BLOCKS EACH DAY

it takes will power, but just pay attention to the nurtition lables. dont avoid anything for a while and just keep a log in a notebook of your fat, carb, and calorie in take...just keeping track can draw your attention to whats wrong. additionally, learn how that stuff is made...its kinda gross

from what i've heard its just like quiting smoking there is a 3 day mark, the first 3 days is totally HELL but when u passed it it will get easier and easier

satisfy ur hypothalamous . eating more is a bad habit . tell ur mom to cook distasteful things , it might help.
